Please read carefully before you book Tour with us:

Exquisite Xperiences functions as sister company of Amazing Indien Reisen UG, registered in
Delhi in 2017 under Government of Delhi i.e. GST Registration Number 07AZWPK6163B1Z4.

All the bookings are handled by Exquisite Xperiences using email and
phone calls. Tour programmefloated on the website cover services like
accommodation, transportation, guided sightseeing touror any event and
activities etc. The same is well quoted under tour inclusions section.

Exquisite Xperiences provides opportunity to its customers for Customized
Indian Tour Packages
. Post the confirmation of the tour program, company
will raise Pro Forma invoice along with the bank account details for advance
payment.

Payments Norms:

  • Exquisite Experiences needs 50% amount as minimum deposit at the time of confirmation in order to confirm hotel bookings, transportation, Tour guide etc.
  • Airfare, if quoted as supplement will be requested 100 % in advance
    along with the initial deposit of tour package.
  • The balance cost of tour package is required 60 days prior to arrival
    date.

Should your tour commence within 30 days of booking;
Exquisite Xperiences requires complete payment at the time of booking.

The deposit must be done via international bank transfers or you can make payment through your credit card using our online payment portal in 3-5 working days. We advise using TransferWise, a secured payment portal.

Any service will be confirmed only upon initial deposit is credited into our bank account. Hotel, air tickets, train Tickets are subject to availability, until it is confirmed by Exquisite Xperiences. Payment is requested at the earliest convenience to confirm the respective services in time.

Any additional change is possible in booking depending upon the availability; however, it cannot be guaranteedin advance. We ensure our optimum attention towards it. Since Exquisite Xperiencesdoesn’t offer any credit, hence any change in the service will be strictly subject to full advance payment. Our commitment is your satisfaction.

Tour Quotation:

Tour programme quoted on the website are just the
preliminary option for your perusal. It is open for any sort of modification or
revision according to the preferences of the guests.

Relevant travel document will be issued by Email 7 days prior to your departure.

Our Cancellations and Refunds:

Far from Booking till Cancellation, this engages lots of work and time. We request to read our cancellation charges and refund norm before heading for any cancellation or change;-

  • $ 90 (in total) applicable for any cancellation 121 days prior to arrival.

  •  10 % of total tour cost + charge applicable for any cancellation of train ticket/
    flight ticket/ jungle safari etc. for any cancellation 120 days-61 days prior
    to arrival.

  • 25 % of total tour cost + charge applicable for any cancellation of train ticket/ flight ticket/ jungle safari etc. for any cancellation 60 days-31 days prior to arrival.

  • 50 % of total tour cost + charge applicable for any cancellation of train ticket/ flight ticket/ jungle safari etc. for any cancellation 30 days-16 days prior to arrival.

  • 100 % retention towards any cancellation within 15 days of arrival.

Cancellation / shortening / unutilized part of tour after the tour starts (including starting date of the tour) – 100% cancellation charges

* Cancellations must be sent by email. Cancellation will not be accepted via Telephone. Cancellation charges may change case to case basis, since our services rely on the policy of hotels, transporters, guides and other services engaged in the tour plan.

* We make our best arrangement and offer the best possible solution on under different circumstances like bad weather, political strikes, natural disaster etc. where flights and trains get cancelled / delayed / rescheduled

Refer to our cancellation policy; we process the refund 10-15 working Days.  Our internal policy doesn’t refund money for any unused or partly used services of any nature.

Passports and Visa

Valid passports and Visas are mandatory for your India trip. Please note, passport must be valid for six months and sufficient blank pages must be left for visas and immigrations stamps. Passport and Visa procedure is referred in our ministry of External affair site or you may contact Indian Embassy nearby your place.  Make sure to arrange these well in time prior to departure. Our Company won’t be held responsible, if you travel plans get affected due to unapproved visa. Our Travel Company reserves the right to retain the cost of the trip. A copy of valid passport must be submitted to the company via mail during the payment in order to avoid any names errors in all bookings.

Insurance Advice:

We can provide local assistance in case health emergency, although we recommend our
guests clients to carry Travel Insurance covering all risks.

Important point:

We provide assistant locally at any medical emergency, moreover we recommend
travel insurance covering all risks.

Kindly ensure fit to fly by your doctor.

We advise our guests to take care of all their belonging and valuable throughout
the tour.

We emphasize on data protection and privacy of the guests.
